  FALLEN    Left destitute by the fall of Garlemald, Aeliana is one of those unfortunate souls that lost everything to war, strife, & calamity. Now left alone in the world to pick up the pieces, the once civil servant exists in a world she was never truly equipped for.

  Struggling    Putting her life back together and made a refugee, Aeliana is now made to confront a world she was taught to fear at every turn. Raised in relative peace and security in the Empire's heartland, the events of the past few years have proven to be a rude awakening for her. With an absence of aetheric control and her only notable skills being matters of book keeping, the Garlean is reliant largely upon the mercy and kindness of others to get by.It wasn't always so: It wasn't terribly long ago that Aeliana enjoyed a quiet life in the capital, keeping books at a broadcasting station within the capital. It is of course an irony there that radio was the source of her salvation.

  GARLEAN    :
Aeliana cannot escape who and what she is; the third eye that sits situated in the middle of her brow marks her as a once citizen of the Empire, a Garlean pureblood. Former foes of the empire with grievances or kindly strangers can respectively find in her easy prey, or a grateful friend.  SERVICE    :
In the capital of Garlemald Aeliana worked tirelessly in a secretary position at the Empire's Radio Broadcasting facility. This saw her at times uncomfortably brush elbows with those working in intelligence; and during the calamity, working closely with the Ilsabard contingent for a brief period after the worst had passed by. Mayhaps you recognise her from those days?  IMPERIAL VISITATIONS    :
When the Empire yet held a grasp over Ilsabard, and stood as the Star's grandest power, Aeliana being of a well-to-do patrician household was oft taken with her family to tour the colonies. A subject of the former Imperial provinces may recognise the young woman as having once been corraled around the 'colonies' in the lap of luxury. The tables have certainly turned.

Aeliana is designed as a low-powered character, grounded in the setting: a fish out of water, whom can easily serve as damsel in distress, victim, and other-such.
